Millstream Productions in association with The Road To Crawley Project is proud to present ‘The New British’. The town of Crawley has one of largest South Asian communities in the south. The New British’ uses testimony of 8 Asian migrants who are now settled in the new town and tells of their reasons for coming to the UK, the struggles they have had overcome and the difficulties that still face them. More importantly, in difficult times, it tells of a town that was prepared to accept them.
